Question: Can you help me figure out what's wrong with my electrical system?

Hello. I recently bought a 2004 GMC envoy 2wd 4.2l i6 and am having problems with the electrical system.
Sometimes my low beams will randomly turn off and not work at all, most of the time they work fine. All the other lights work like fog lights and high beams and the side running lights, but no low beams.
Why I think its electrical and not the bulbs is because I have noticed other problems like when playing music in the car the speakers will sometimes lower themselves in volume as if there's something drawing power away.
Also the illumination of the instrument cluster sometimes dims and the same with my CD player display.
One last thing is when I roll the windows all the way up and keep hitting the switch my headlights and instrument cluster always dim just a little bit.
Sorry for the long question but is there any advice you could offer?
