Highly recommend! Tony and Colleen took their time explaining exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and the costs involved. Due to the age of my vehicle it was challenging locating a part, and they generously rented me a vehicle while I was waiting to get my car back. Great customer service and very personable people!!

They got me in and out fixed up in the same day even as a new customer. I just moved to the area and Pro Auto was recomended to me by another happy customer and now they will be my car care shop for all my cars.

It was very easy to make an appointment to get my vehicle serviced. When I was dropped my car off, Colleen asked me if I needed a ride to work! Shortly after I dropped off my car, I got a phone call with estimates for the work to be done. I got a phone call early in the afternoon, advising it was done...The prices are reasonable and I feel confident in the work being done. Colleen is always a pleasure to work with...thank you!

Great shop! Years ago, Tony repaired my vehicles at his shop in Leesburg, before he moved west. Great to have him back and servicing my vehicles. He is a total pro, very thorough and reasonably priced. Colleen runs the front and her customer service skills are off the charts! This is a family run shop that excels in knowledge, customer service and competitive pricing... all backed by a 2 year warranty. I had a problem with my drivers window not operating correctly.
The vehicle had been to not one, but two Mercedes dealerships to have it fixed.
$800 later it still was not fixed.
Pro Auto Car Care fixed it correctly for $120!

Also brought my car in to have new engine mounts & transmission mounts.
It cost me 1/2 the cost of the dealership. And to boot they shuttled me home
when I dropped the car off & picked me up later the same day to pick my car up.
They also put a Mass Air Flow sensor in for 1/4 the price of the Mercedes dealership!
Had my transmission serviced, which everyone forgets to and that also was 1/2 the
price of the dealership!

Had to have lots of suspension work done on my Dad's Lincoln Towncar.
Ball joints, idler arm & control arm, alignment.
Firestone quoted $1,750. to do the work.
With the same parts, Pro Auto Care did it for $770. out the door.
I save $1000 on this repair!
My hat is off to Pro Auto Care! Great service, great work & outstanding price.
I will be bringing all of my personal & company vehicles to them in the future.
